INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
Please provide your presentation as a Powerpoint or PDF (preferred format 16:9) file on a USB flash drive during the day before your session, at the registration desk, between 9 am and 5 pm.
Presenters are kindly requested to check the Scientific Program carefully for last minute updates.
Strict timekeeping will be essential to the smooth running of the meeting. Lectures must be presented in English.
Please pay attention to the time allocated to each type of presentation, which is indicated in the table below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Each poster must have a A0 format (0.85 m in width and 1.2 m in height). The author’s name and affiliation and the title of the paper should be indicated in the top section of the poster.
Each poster number will be attributed at the registration desk. This code will be displayed on top of the boards situated next to the Registration Area and Room 4.
Material for attaching the posters will be supplied by the organizers. Writing or painting on the poster board is not allowed.
The posters exhibition will be divided in two sessions, as indicated below. The first session will occur during September 9 and 10 and the second during September 11 and 12. The authors are responsible for placing (September 9 and 11) and removing their posters after 'Posters and Drinks' (September 10 and 12).
1st Session topics: Biocatalysis; Downstream processing; Process Modelling, Monitoring and Control and Stem Cell Engineering.
2nd Session topics: Agro-food Bioengineering; Bio-based Economy and Sustainable Bioprocessing; Marine and Microalgae Bioengineering; Cell and Gene Therapies; Cell Culture Process Development; Hightroughput screening and Miniaturization; Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine; Upstream Processing and Vaccines, Monoclonal antibodies and Therapeutic Proteins.
The opportunities to present the posters are during the sessions 'Lunch with Posters' and 'Drinks with Posters'. At these times, the authors are expected to be present.
The organizers are not responsible for any posters that have not been removed in a timely manner.
